I found this video on youtube on Dwight Phillips. He is a long jumper and an Olympian. I clicked on this video because of the title; "Practice makes Permanent." This is exactly what my ballet teacher tells me all the time. He doesn't talk about it until around 2:26...so skip to then if you don't want to watch the whole video.

A Very Helpful Person
In ballet the obvious, main hairstyle is the bun. However, the French Twist is also a good one to know how to do. Doing a French Twist with long hair may seem practically impossible (if you're someone like me who has tried and failed many times), but this youtube video has literally saved my life. Enjoy!
